Bank Credit System Project Overview

This solution is implemented as long-running business process which is hosted under IBM WebSphere Process Server. It provides functionality for integration of internal and external bank services, human tasks and business rules.
The Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) isused as connectivity infrastructure for integrating applications and services and allows the development of an SOA. 

Technical features: 

Target server platform: IBM Process Server 7.0, Linux Red Hat Enterprise 5
Target client browsers: IE 7.0 and Fire Fox 3.0.
Data sources: Oracle SQL Server
Data accesses: JDBC
GUI features: DHTML, AJAX
Business-logic features: 
  • Integration of internal and external bank services using ESB. 
  • Administaration using Business Process Choreographer. 
  • Report system based on Jasper Engine. 
Managements and resources: 
  • Time line (versions 1.0 - 1.1): 2010 
  • Resources: 1 PM, 2 Analysts, 4 Developers and 1 Tester 
  • Development methodology: adopted RUP
